Fresh off the back of a theatre tour of Canada supporting local powerhouse Matt Andersen, and following the release of his brand new self titled EP late last year; singer-songwriter and blues/soul extraordinaire Shaun Kirk is happy to reveal he’ll be bringing his highly acclaimed one man show back home this May/June, with a collection of dates across regional Australia just announced!
Kirk’s live show is described as “one of the best one man shows I’ve ever seen” by 2019 Grammy Award Winner for ‘Best Contemporary Blues Album’ Fantastic Negrito, and Canadian online magazine Soundcheck Entertainment recently noted “It’s rare to see someone bring the house down as an opening act, but Shaun Kirk did just that. He connected with the audience immediately.”

Little Georgia are proud to announce their new single 'Texas', BluesFest Appearances, and 'Texas' Single Tour Prepare yourself for an experience as Little Georgia's latest release is a 6 minute epic produced and engineered by award winning American producer Nick DiDia (Pearl Jam, Neil Young, Powderfinger) coupled with an other worldly cinematic experience, directed and filmed by award winning American cinematographer Matt Kleiner
After the release of the bands debut studio album "All The While" in 2018 (also produced by Nick DiDia) they have spent the last year and a half touring between Australia and North America, growing their sound and their audiences including sets on the main stages of Byron Bay BluesFest and appearances at AmericanaFest (Nashville) and Folk Alliance (New Orleans).
'Venturing worlds away from their humble acoustic beginnings, Little Georgia step into a new sonic chapter. Texas explores a landscape full of psyched-out, grunge-tinged guitar and organs, coated with chillingly powerful vocals, a soundtrack for the catharsis detailing a tumultuous time for the band.
Within the confines of this 6 minute epic, TEXAS grasps at the heartache, passion and anger of a betrayal. DiDia capturing the rawness of its story perfectly during a live recording atLa Cueva Recording (Byron Bay).'

Van Walker returns with Spirit World, the lead single off his new album Ghosting (available August on Green South Records), his first solo release in 10 years!
Recorded by Jeff Lang & Dave Walker (in Fawkner 2015/Geelong 2019) Spirit World is the spellbinding lead single from Van Walker’s first solo album in a decade, reminding us once again why he's rightly regarded as one of the finest songwriters in the land.
A haunted, mysterious composition, as vulnerable as it is mercurial, it's not so simple to say, but someone is missing someone, and dabbling in the dark arts as a means to bring them back, dead or alive!
The song, like much of the album, is stark and brutally honest, with just bass and fingerstyle acoustic guitar, and the added spark of Australia's most revered roots musicians and no stranger to disturbed folk, guitar wizard Jeff Lang weaving his magic on dobro between the enchanted lyric of reverie and sorcery.
Joining Van on the night will be folk/country/bluegrass goodtime band Moosejaw Rifle Club!

Reasons to leave the house aren’t always easy to come by. Sometimes you need more than a reason. Sometimes you need THREE.
DEAD are a cement mixer moving at high speed.
Batpiss are a well worn pair of Blunnies that won’t let you down.
K5 are like a sleeping giant, woken, and not entirely happy about it.
Batpiss and DEAD have toured relentlessly for the last 10 years with neither losing a shred of potency. K5 are your new favourite band.
